Equipment: A Tables set with 2 dice
Direction of Play: Mirror-imaged from opponent.
Setup: Place 2 men on your 1 point, 5 on your 6 point, 3 on your 8 point, 5 on your 12 point. Opponent places his men mirror-imaged to this. Note that, unlike the later games, your men all start on one side of the board, and your opponent’s on the other. (That is, in modern Backgammon, some of your men start on your opponent's side of the table.)
