A facsimile of a later (but still useful) edition of Cotton, available on Google Books.
Still terribly-written and confusing, half a century after the first edition, but helps understand the evolution of the games, and shows that a lot of the later-period games were still being played well into the 18th century.
Should go through and inventory the games in here more carefully.
